The film stars veteran actor Brahmaji as Siddharth’s uncle, and comedian Sapthagiri also plays a prominent role. Critics felt that “Amigos” could have been better if the director had added more drama to the three characters and the story instead of beating around the bush. Also, the remix of Balakrishna’s “Enno Rathrulosthayi Kani” performed well on screen.
